Christmas in October:)

We are in full Christmas mode here in Deelite.We just finished a very exciting video shoot with Hong Kong Expo. First ever Bake Expo in Hong Kong and we are DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELITED to be apart of it. I had such a wonderful time during the video shoot today sharing some great design ideas for Christmas cakes, cupcakes and cookies. It was my first ever video shoot in Chinese so I had a very interesting time trying to get my lingo straight. Luckily the crew SUPER patient with me and Oh so helpful in helping me how to say certain things in Chinese....like FONDANT. So you're probably wondering what this HK International Baking Expo is about. Well, for all you cake enthusiasts, its everything that you've ever wanted all in one place (Hong Kong Convention Center.) You will be able to see all the cake, baking, chocolate, candy products you've ever dreamed of. Not only that, you'll have the  opportunity to meet & learn from master decorators and bakers and see the latest products in the industry  from all over Asia, US &Europe. This Expo is going to be absolutely amazing and its definitely not one you want to miss. And it gets even better.  Complete Deelite will be hosting a first ever official Sugar Arts Workshop Center at the Expo featuring all your fave artists. Mercedes Strawchsky, David MacCarfrae, Edward Frys ,Your's  Truly MOI  and Wilton Instructor May Keung:)Each one of us will be teaching  fabulous Workshops through out the Expo.We look forward to seeing you at the Expo, and I hope to be meeting with you at my workshop.
