Autumn Bliss Cake Tower

Thanksgiving is right around the corner.Pumpkin pies, turkey, cranberry sauce, Mash Potatoes, pumpkin pie Oops I said that.Oh yes, and how could I forget, Giving Thanks:)Thanksgiving is my second favourite special occasion of the year. First being Christmas.I love thanksgiving not only because of pumpkin pie.Simply because its a day shared with friends and family without all the holiday fuss.Here is an autumn/thanksgiving themed cake we made for a wedding.We decorated red velvet mini cakes and topper cake with gum paste roses. We also added some cranberry fillers to give it that autumn theme finish.We then highlighted and piped line details on the cake with royal icing.

And then did the same with the mini cakes. If you recognize the tower, its because we used the same tower as our classic 4 tier stackable cupcake tower.We finished it off with matching ribbon and Voila, it looks completely different.Handy huh, love that its interchangeable.Oh btw, the tower has 24 mini cakes and the topper cake is 8" x 5"' high.Have a fabooo weekend
