Ok so this cake almost drove me to madness! I may be the expert in healthy eats but when it come to cakes I'm a beginner for sure. So it's not exactly the rainbow cake I had imagined but whatever it's covered in rainbow icing and India will go nuts ( literally go nuts from a sugar overload) I think I need some practice baking for next year

Attempting a natural rainbow cake ? not that colourful but I guess we are going for a more pastel rainbow. My blue was a fail so going to now try green using matcha. I will try blue again but don't have time to perfect it for this cake. Sorry India your rainbow will be missing the blue
