feeling good

lately i’ve been feeling pretty good. first, i sold a couple art pieces to the starring voice-actors of the cartoon network series, adventure time.

i sold my painting to john dimaggio, the voice actor for jake the dog from adventure time, aka bender from futurama.

i also sold my pillow to jeremy piven, who is the voice of finn the human from adventure time. its a cool feeling knowing that some of my favorite cartoon characters literally own something of mine.

second on the feel-good list, my student, kenny mok, won the “people’s choice award” for the congressional art contest. his work will be shown at the white house.

third on the list, the helmet i did for offroad evolution is making its wayy to abu dhabi. mel of offroad evolutions participates in several offroading competitions and activities, and the helmet i painted will be trotting the globe with him.

im also working on another commission – will post the process later. but so far, im feeling pretty good. smiley face.
