Last night we attended the King King concert of Astra Heights, a great new band in which Bernard (a friend I used to jam with when I first came to LA) plays lead guitar. We might someday put something to tape. Anyway, here's the plug: The band,

four Beatle-influenced Hispanic brothers + Bernard, sounded awesome live and had a solid original set, specially the new songs which I actually prefer to the ones you can hear currently at their website but do check 'em out HERE. They played live on Indie 103.1 yesterday and I believe their single comes out today. You can also get it on itunes . If you're in LA, you can also catch them Live Sunday June 24th at Gladstone's 'round 4 pm for a seaside performance.
