The invention of the legendary GMT ping-pong table

One night an idea dawned on us…we thought we were brilliant when we re-arranged our furniture, used our dining table, set up some old Beta tapes as a net and ingeniously invented the “GMT” mini Ping Pong table

For more than a year now, we’ve been challenging and hustling players around the world who have bravely challenged the “Hong Kong dream team”

…Until somebody recently sent us this…and deflated our enthusiasm!

Apparently, the ping-pong dining table dates back to the origins of table-tennis for upper-class Victorians for their after-dinner amusement to mimic tennis.
