  又係到左情緒低潮期，我覺得我已盡力令自己回彈，但都係無法令自己改善。
  我家人都時常開解我，都係都無用。有時想靠藥物控制，但對藥物帶來的副作用更加害怕，現在只感覺到係無助。

  早上番工途中，下著毛毛細雨。真係步入雨季。雨天令我好討厭的事，濕度高，窗台入水，相機發霉，無得影外景......
