In my experience, this is only ever tolerated by police when the perpetrators are blue ribbons. If someone attempts to do this TO a blue ribbon speaker, the police would immediately intervene.
Again, I am saying in my experience. I am not saying this is always the case.
Bombs, automatic weapons, shootout with police... why don't we see the word terrorist? I have a guess, but I can't be sure.
