今早和樓下傳統咖啡店的服務員聊了一些，不到一個月的時間他們就要將經營權轉讓給口福餐飲企業。過去幾年時間我已經見證了無數傳統咖啡店的結束營業或者被迫搬遷到租金更高的店面。最令人鼻酸的是一些本地美食的小攤販無法生存，我甚至在街上遇到過去在攤口當服務員的朋友說老闆從離開咖啡店就不做了。這些咖啡店很多轉型成了餐館，高檔咖啡館，或者是有冷氣現代化的食閣。無形中經濟廉價的本地美食越來越少，國人如果要圖方便用餐的話，只能在這些現代化的食閣消費，生活負擔加重。所以，民間一個小小的問題可以引起一連串的社會問題。如果我們不勇敢面對這些問題，最終眼看自己的懦弱墮行潦倒。
