NEW MODELLING AGENCY My new modelling agency has given me a new energy and they are very optimistic and happy to have me on board which is a wonderful feeling. In my view they are one of the best in Singapore and I look forward to working with them. Heck they already booked me a job and I wasn't even expecting to work during my visit here.

A SPECIAL PRAYER FROM MY AUNT AND UNCLE After my job yesterday I had dinner with my Aunt and Uncle and after dinner they had a special prayer for me to wish me the best in my future endeavours. It was a very spiritual and uplifting moment for me as I have never had anyone do that for me. That's all I can think about writing for now. Actually very tired from networking and catching up with friends but want to make the most out of the next few days here. Ciao for now and looking forward to returning to HK. I will be recharged and ready to go... so be on the look out . Hope to catch some beach and sun before I go.

So here we go for a new pimped out blog of Reiki The Movie!

 

As you guys know the shoot is done! And the reshoot is scheduled for Oct. 4th!

So how did the shoot go!

First problem: I had to play Ant and we had to switch the role of Kino and Ant, because the actress playing Kino couldn't be available to shoot the whole scenes. Meaning: there goes Pedro to the hairdresser to pimp himself as Reno from Final Fantasy, (or take the words of Zohan: "I got the Avalon!") all pimped out and ready to kick some ass! BOUYAH!

We started our first two days using an mini35, but guess what all the footage came totally out of focus! So on day 3 we dropped the mini35 and decided to just use the HVX200 and then a new mischief appeared: all our footage suddenly disappeared from a p2 card! Totally, nothing stayed behind!

Meaning: we lost three days from the beginning and the cast and crew were getting tired because they were working 16h days.

So it was time for damage control and some hardcore speed-directing! Meaning: shoot fast, shoot good!

And it started to go really well until our soundman decided to not show up on the set, not once but twice!

But we prevailed and survived!

I did 1 hour nights, and also stayed awake for more than 48h, which my cast and crew hated cuz they had an hard time following my rithme. Pussies... :p

And now we have the reshoots! In the reshoots we'll have to do the final scene of the movie and some minor scenes.
