I've Realized

That updating on my past few months of hibernation is slightly harder than I thought, I'm looking at my diary entries and the photos and plane tickets ALL of it is so much, the journey is CRAZY! TONIGHT! . . . In support for my friends all fellow Alive Not Dead familia . . .

SENSORY Runway, hosted by E.V.E.N.T is a Fashion/Dance/Art show @ CLIQ, that will be showcasing the work of 6 local fashion designers, Capoeira, break-dancing and hip hop dancers. The idea is to indulge the five senses while catering to a specific theme; this month, fashion. The goal is to change the face of the conventional fashion show, by not only offering a catwalk but also incorporating dancers and performers that allow for more viewer interaction. Read more

Finding out whats passed and whats to come . . .

Part of my journey of self awareness has been in gaining insight and knowledge about all thats passed and I tell you its been hard . . .

The hardest part is trying to find a way to forgive myself . . .

Alas, I will continue to meditate each day along with healthy living attitude and with my persistence maybe one day I'll be able to forgive myself . . .

MissyK*s Seeing Oneself!

As you know I'm working on getting myself to a point where Body, Spirit and Mind are at a HEALTHY place. . . This incorporates, Meditation, Yoga and Regular gym visits with my Personal Trainer.
