I think the recommended daily portion of the diy #soylent is too much for me. Today I only had a wrap for lunch and half a bottle. I am full

The only downside of diy #soylent is that flatulents.. hahah apparently they tuned it in #soylent version 1.4 need to research it more.. :)

So far after consuming 2 meals worth of diy #soylent yesterday and a meal portion the night before. Couple with dinner. I still feel full.
