Call me crazy! The first thing I did when I landed in Aukland, NZ was go to a yoga class at Herne Bay Yoga. An Iyengar studio only 2 min walk from my apartment. Then whenever I've had free time outside of rehearsals and training, I've found 2 other studios, Golden Yogi and Studio Red. Let's face it, I'm missing my favorite teachers in HK....it's hard to be motivated to do self practice when it's been rainy and my apartment has carpeted floors and I need my yoga....
