I still have three prints of this from @obeygiant during the 2008 primaries. I don't know if I should keep them or fundraise two for the Resistance.
Mark was inducted into the HHSAA 1985 Hall of Honor. He won the gold medal in the 100 freestyle in 1984 and was just the second male to crack 48 seconds with his 47.9 clocking.
He also won the 100 breaststroke that year with a time of 57.72 and defended his title the next year with a 59.98 effort.
Mark was the first swimmer inducted into the Hall of Honor, leading the way for 19 others in the select club including Aukai Lilekis of Punahou and Kamehameha’s Kaeo Kruse last year.
He is still the only OIA swimmer to have been inducted.
Congratulations to Cathy Cha, Evelyn and Walter Haas, Jr. Fund Presdient-designate (2019) and to University of Hawaii at Manoa alum Jennie Lehua Watson, the Fund's Interim President!
President Obama surprises Joe with Presidential Medal of Freedom. #bromance
"If Trump were elected, say, state dogcatcher in California, his conflicts of interest would be illegal. In fact, in some instances, they would be felonies subject to criminal prosecution by a local district attorney. Not so for the president of the United States."
