Woke at 6am. Taxi to Haneda. Hour flight to Fukuoka. An hour in a cab. An hour in a bullet train. All to see this man with @fujiwarahiroshi & @sakikohirano. He's been a sushi chef for 40+ years. He's only ever had 6 seats at his restaurant. Planes, trains, & automobiles but so so worth it. Best lunch of my life. ?????
