First of all ... i wanna say HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone here on the site ! and my dear friends who reading this blog !!! just wanna thank you so much for the help and support me as always.i really appreciated !!!!From the past 2008.I feel really happy to got to know a lot awsome new friends.and the also feel so happy about that i finally can made my dreams became true.i made 3 gold medals from 3 different nationals competitions.My mom and my coach feel so happy for me!i really wanna say thank you so much for everything u'v done for me... i can't do this withought ur help !!! i will try my best to do everything in the new year of 2009 . hopefully i can make you proud again :-)

     在新年的第一篇博客里首先要对大家说声新年快乐。并要对所有一直以来支持我关注我的哥哥姐姐，兄弟姐妹们说一声谢谢！感谢大家一直以来对我的关照，08年很快就过去了，在这一年中，其实我的收获很大，无论在全国比赛，还是在日常生活中，我都得到了很大的收获。又结识了一些新的好朋友。特别值得开心的是我终于实现了自己多年的梦想，最终能够站在全国比赛的最高领奖台上。并且在08年的三次比赛中，都分别拿到了三块金牌！我的教练和家人也都很为我感到高兴。多年的努力与付出终于得到回报了！哈哈。。。当然，在这些闪光金牌的背后，一定离不开我的教练、领队、队友、还有好朋友们的支持与帮助，我在这里真心的想对大家说声谢谢！！！没有你们的支持就没有今天的我。所以我要在新的一年里，继续好好的训练，好好的比赛，更要好好的做人！！！

     A few days ago. we did a dance show at the 2009 new year party of our sports school.time was rush.so we didn't have much to practice the moves together.edit music,choregraphy moves.bought cloth...we only used 3 days to get everything ready.so the time is kind short and the dancing part looks not as good as what we expect.but i still wanna to put up the video here to share with you  ... cause we want to grow up under ur comments :-) hopefully we will do better next time !!!

     前一阵刚刚有能休息两天。这不，最近又要开始忙于年底那些文艺表演节目的排练中了。前些天，刚刚与我们武术队的两个好哥们，许明虎，李岩合作编排了一个POP舞蹈的节目，时间有点短，因为实在是时间有限啊，从编排动作到编辑音乐，我们一共用了不到三天的时间。节目有点“糙”！但是我很开心，因为我们享受了那个制作的过程，并且在体校元旦联欢会上的表演，也得到了大家的掌声和欢呼声！虽然舞跳的有点不尽人意，但我还是把我们的节目传了上来，请您给看看，请多指教。我们愿意在您的批评中寻求进步... 哈哈！！！

    As what i mentioned from last time.i was super busy from getting ready for the singing and dancing performances for the Xmas parties.and right after the performance i went out to my good brother Ian's  to barcelebrate the Xmas with some friends.then i finally got some day off from the practice of dancing ... Unfortunately i am ganna say sorry for that i didn't have the time to tell any one film me but a friend of  mine who was there took some pics of me as well ... and i feel happy about it ! :-)

   又是新的一年过去了...回想一下，其实在2008年里，我的收获还是蛮大的。在人生不同的领域，我都多多少少的取得提高，和对社会更深一层次的认识！又结交了很多新的好朋友。为此我感到很开心，没有虚度时光，至少我是有收获的！！！在上篇博客中我有提到过，最近为了准备年底的表演节目，把我折腾的够呛。两场演出终于结束了，演出完了我连衣服都没换，直接奔好朋友恒力的酒吧去庆祝圣诞了。呵呵！那天我们玩的很开心！但还是累，连写博客的心情都没有，有时间就想睡觉，因为生活日程安排的很满。赶快抓紧时间调整，这两天感觉刚刚缓过来点了。至于表演的事嘛，我很开心，前两次的表演都很顺利，一次是我的个人秀，另一次是跟我的队友合作的HIP HOP。欢呼声，掌声，让我的虚荣心感到了满足，呵呵！但同时我也感到很遗憾，因为没能来得及拍录像下来留做纪念。但是没关系，明天我们还要表演一次呢，这次一定要准备好相机了，呵呵！时间不早了，我要去睡觉了，希望明天的演出能够顺利！！！加油：）

     I'v been super busy since i got back in Beijing ... wushu train,parties,and i feel like the most of tired things to do are getting ready for the new year perofrmances.i ganna do wushu and singing and dancing too...If only let me practice the singing or dancing ... i think i should be fine with it .but i really hate it while u doing all those stuff toether. i have to edit the musics on my own and do the choreography and also have to train wushu 2 times a day as usual !!! GOD ... please !!! i need a long holiday again !!! maybe just 2 days ...

     I am sorry for that i didn't really have time to post as much about what's going on of my life everyday ... so here are some shots from my recent excursions around Beijing that I had no time to previously post.Its random but i was really enjoyed the time with my good friends in BJ !!!

    And just wanna let u know that our dancing performance is almost finished the choreography ... tomorrow we ganna have our first show in a bar for our headmasters and all the team managers from Shichahai sports school.even though i feel tired from the practice ... but i still feel like i can't wait to perform on the stage !!!

    自从在辽宁回到北京后，我就没闲着。平时每日两次的专业训练就不说了。周末去跟朋友PARTY。大家都好久不见了，我也想去玩，呵呵！但是最让我觉得辛苦的就是每天在训练之余还要排练年底的一些年庆晚会。虽然我喜欢唱歌跳舞，但是让我做起所有的事情来，还真的忙的不亦乐乎！两条腿累的像灌了铅一样，有时候连洗脸的时间都没有！每天晕头转向的，呵呵，有点空闲的时间就想睡觉。

    最近真的一直很忙，所以感到抱歉的是我没有什么时间写我的博客。好久没有及时的更新了，在这里队关注我的网友和“粉丝”说抱歉，呵呵！！！这里有些我前一阵子跟朋友们在一起玩的时候拍的照片。其实我最近也没少出去开心，去了山里吃“虹鳟鱼”。去了KTV唱歌，酒吧，打球。。。也可能就是因为玩的太多了吧，玩累了呵呵！！！但是真的很怀念那些开心的日子。但是现在，我真的需要再给我几天的假期，我会什么都不干，天天睡觉。呵呵：）

     还有一件事想跟大家说一声，我们的表演正在紧锣密鼓的排练中，基本已经成型了。明天呢，我们就要开始第一场演出了，节目有点段，但是毕竟我们不是专业的歌手或DANCER。而且之前的排练准备时间也不是很充足。好了，不找借口了！其实我已经等不及登上舞台了。表演后我会尽快把视频传上来，希望不会让大家失望，呵呵！！！明天见。。。

     I'v been to a KTV with my friends few days ago.which is named "beer club".i was kind drunk before we went there.so i don't really remember the location is.but there something was funny ... there is a light shine down from the top of the room.and my friend ZK was trying to make some fun with it.so he had my camera( Panasonic FZ28 ) and took some photos of me under the light . i think they are pretty good pics though ...DO YOU LIKE IT ???

     前一阵在赛区的时候，跟几个一起比赛的好哥哥们去KTV唱歌。我们进屋的时候，发现屋里有一盏灯是从屋顶照射到地上的。大家当时都有点小醉，所以借酒劲拍起照片来。大冷的天儿，我也疯了一样把衣服脱了，哈哈！！！大秀我那几块小腹肌 ...！！！拍完了我竟然都忘了我还有这些照片了。回到北京整理照片的时候才发现。其实这几张照片拍的还不错，这得归功于我的好哥哥“赵坤”（全国武术冠军）。他也是个摄影爱好者。特别巧的是他用的相机跟我的是一摸一样的（松下FZ28）！虽然我的身材没有那么好，但是光看照片的结构和角度，我感觉还不错。你喜欢吗？？？

As of you may know that Chris is a awsome photographer which is just did a great job of my new photo shots...today i was kind have some free time after wushu train and i check my photo albums on my computer.and i saw these pictures.feel like i kind miss him and Reina of course.he came to our wushu hall before the national competition ...

有些朋友可能知道他的名字，他叫克里斯。雷！是一名特别NB的摄影师。我们刚刚在不久之前拍摄了很多照片。他不但摄影技术高超，而且人特别好！我们虽然年龄差距很大，但是在生活当中，他就像我的好哥们，好兄弟！今年难得有些闲余的时间可以休息休息，哪里也不想去，只想坐在电脑前，看看老照片，找回些曾经的记忆。无意中看到这张照片，突然感觉有些想他了，更想他可爱的小女儿REINA。所以决定这个周末去看他们。
