I had some great feedback on the last blog. I even had a rebuttal blog from a Med student. First and foremost, I would like to clarify what I am saying. What I aim to insult and shine light to is not the individuals, but the institution or philosophy of the Medical industry. As for doctors in the institution, I bow to them. I think that the majority of these people go into this institution because they seek out to help the massive population. However, I still have to disagree with the philosophy and direction at which our med...Read more
It is funny to think that we always think that we are living in a better world then it was before. I would have to say that it is extremely optimistic, and I am happy that we do think the world is a better place. However, I have to argue that we as humans and a society often have the wool pulled over our eyes. So much of the population has remained ignorant. It makes one wonder "Is the world really ...Read more
I just realized the other day that Christmas is only a few weeks off! I had the weekend to stop and reflect upon my year. Life in a city moves so fast, that we have little time to appreciate the past. Christmas is always symbolic to every individual even those that are not Christian celebrate something of the sort. I started to wonder why is this? So first I am going to write little interesting factoids about this hyped holiday. Then I'm going to present a very persuasive suggestion on a Christmas gift.

Complaining About Gas Prices?
Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaCjwPvCCXA&feature=related
One thing that I always observe when I talk with family over the holidays is the outrageous complaints about gas prices. I always find this a bit humorous because we sit on our butts all day and expect gas to get cheaper, as if gas is a renewable and abundant resource.
There is only one direction that petrol oil will ...Read more
It's already almost the end of November. I guess time does fly when you are having fun.
In the Chinese five element philosophy the Metal element falls in the season of Autumn. Its funny because I have noticed that this autumn I have really had a huge correlation with the metal element. One thing that is apparent in this time of year is that it is a time to let go. This is the time when our attachments leave us.
In nature everything green turns red, orange, and brown. The season is changing between summer and winte...Read more
I just recently returned from LA to see my grandmother for her 90th B-day (really it was her 88th, but for some reason everyone was told 90). Like always my grandmother hasn't changed, even though she says she is old etc. She has looked the same for my whole life, so I find it humorous when she says she is getting old. My father also mentioned his "oldness" which he is only pushi...Read more
Our dumb laws in the US and in particular California, are once again haunting those who are in the know.
In the last week two bills were passed one on raw milk and the other on almonds.
It is not mandatory for all almonds which include those labeled RAW to be pasteurized. Another bill was passed that banned RAW MILK from all shelves starting 1 January 2008.
This is obscene and it shows how sneaky the government is.
Why yes to unpasteurized RAW almonds? Because all the enzymes and nutrients are in tact. This ...Read more
First let me say that I like to inflict the positive, but there are times when we must know the negative. Which is what I would like to express in my blog here today.
Recently I have been exposed to much more news about politics. Even with out a damn TV I still can't get out of it. Why TV is BS is because the news is often and, I would go into the extent on some stations to say always, feeds propaganda. I know you BBC, CNN, and PPS lovers will say otherwise, but it is my opinion that we are brainwashed by our me...Read more

This video is a easy cookie cut way of explaining global warming, and the precautions of global warming, to a very misinformed individual. I love it because we still have maybe half of the US population and 1/3 of the world population in skepticism about global warming.
I hate to bring this issue up over and over again, but it keeps coming across my path, and I fe...Read more
Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4sizhcx06Q Interesting name aye! We call them BFF's or as my sister Jennifer calls them Gay Lovers. This would be a person's best friend of the same sex. Hence why it is called heterosexual life partner not homosexual life partner. You may laugh at any time.
I was revealed some very life changing news yesterday. My roommate Rian http://www.alivenotdead.com/?stan...Read more
