大家知道，我是Now TV之友。其526頻道Food Netwok的「亞洲美食戰」（Food Wars Asia），是我少有會定期追看的飲食節目。 在節目中主持人會到訪兩家擁有相同招牌菜色的流行食肆， 並邀請廣大市民和嘉賓評判團一同以蒙眼試食的方式品評佳餚並選出當中的「最佳食府」。透過對不同地道食肆及食物的介紹，是我等對飲食有強烈興趣的人的「必修課」。 這一次該節目來港宣傳，還找來城中著名的兩間食肆，得龍大飯店的主理人曾國生先生及王子飯店的點心大師傅余健新先生，示範幾款懷舊及創新的點心。除了可以讓大家即場試吃以外，還可投票選出自己心愛的項目。集合幾個我最喜歡的原素一身，怎能不來看看？

活動在西環一間上樓私房菜中進行，兩位師傅同一時間開始工作。得龍曾先生做的是臘腸卷及蘑菇包，只見他三兩下手勢就做出新舊兩款包點。而王子飯店的余師傅準備的是傳統的蝦春卷及蘋果玉桂春卷，兩款也是王子飯店中最熱賣的點心。兩位師傅轉眼就做出十多份點心，而透過即場投票，結果大家都喜歡傳統蝦春卷，但對創新的蘑菇包卻情有獨鐘。

更精彩的，就是曾先生還帶來他的新作金錢雞蝴蝶餅。邪惡的金錢雞加上鬆軟的蝴蝶餅，吃得大家滿腹而回。
