Operation: Stress Test

Leaders called it Operation: Stress Test. Does this make any sense to you as a reader?

1.Nationalize the banking system... although this is called a possible temporary resolution (let's start by taking a 40% stake in Citibank).

1. Sent Hilary Clinton over to borrow more $$ from China (aka. "asking for more aid). Bloggers are outraged and termed it the Hilary beg-a-thon!

1. Sent 17,000 additional US troops to Afghanistan (Note: Doesn't this cost a lot of $$$ to do this, has anyone looked at this from an affordability standpoint?).
