Kwantum Leap now available on iTunes!

Hi Peeps!  It's been a long time since I've posted anything, but I'm still Alive not Dead!!!  I'm pleased to present my debut album to you titled Kwantum Leap which was released late January.  The album is now available on iTunes, KK box, and various CD warehouse stores in HK.  Will keep you guys posted with upcoming shows so stay tuned!

An evening of Raclette

I was invited to a French Raclette by my friends Oliver & Cecile last night at their home along with some other mates of ours.  This is the first time any of us have ever experienced a Raclette (aside from the hosts of course).  Raclette basically is a type of cheese made from cow's milk, but it's also the name of the dish which originated from Switzerland, France and Wallonia.  The term "raclette" came from the word "racler" meaning "to scrape" in French. Read more

香港人,中國人...

I was at 某某 bar the other night where I came across a French man.  He asked me where I'm from, I said HK.  Then he asked me in Mandarin, do I speak Mandarin, I replied no (in Mandarin, cos I don't speak fluent).  Then the guy told me, "then you're not Chinese, you're Hongkongese!"  So I asked him what's the difference.  He said, "You, like the rest of the Hongkongese are full of themselves, you don't speak Mandarin and you call yourself a Chinese?  I've travelled many places in China, and the people there...Read more
