It's wonderful to hear the success stories told bravely and generously by some beneficiaries and a peer specialist at the Singapore Association for Mental Health Community Engagement Night at the lovely Fort Canning Hotel, made possible by a kind donor. I managed to get a few photos before we went home with more passion and knowledge to help promote mental wellness for all!

I loved the Critic when I was growing up. It's sad to see how some good shows didn't get the viewership needed to survive.

I never read magazines but I gave some a go when my hair was getting coloured last month. Found some interesting articles.

It always feels like a fever has to come to complete a cold. Like the final fight scene in a movie. In the meantime, I'm reading about TPP and time travel between naps.

Happy to have had a great time catching up with the other volunteers and finally watching Inside Out at the SAMH Volunteers Appreciation dinner & movie! :)
