為港芭把脈為藝團把關 ——「梁菲事件」的「真相」和底因

藝術生命正處於黃金期的香港芭蕾舞團首席舞蹈員梁菲，在並無任何先兆下被勒令即時離團的不尋常事件正繼續發酵，讓正要大搞三十周年慶典活動的香港唯一全職芭蕾舞團的未來蒙上了極大陰影。事件顯然已對梁菲、港芭、管理層和觀眾構成四輸局面，發揮的似乎全都是負面影響；不過，如能好好地為港芭近一年多以來發生的種種問題把脈，卻不難找到「梁菲事件」的「真相」和底因，有關方面如能亡羊補牢，那可會是這次事件唯一能發揮的正面作用！

「梁菲事件」的「真相」最清楚的當然是港芭的董事局，特別是董事局主席應侯榮，奈何應主席和董事局各成員同樣不尋常地一直未有對事件作出公開交代，而行政總監徐嘉鳴亦在事件發生後六天（一月二十九日）才發出聲明，證實梁菲已於一月二十三日被解除職務，但解僱原因同樣沒有交代。然而，隨後又傳出舞團三名董事局成員先後向梁菲提出重聘她為客座首席舞蹈員的說法。這種種極不尋常的處理，也就難免引發外間種種蜚短流長的傳言和猜測，但因此亦將這次事件的真正原因掩蓋了。

　編按：香港芭蕾舞團上月辭退首席舞蹈員梁菲事件的新近發展，據當事人梁菲表示，港芭行政總監徐嘉鳴向她作出了「私人道歉」，舞團並提出重聘梁菲為客席首席舞蹈員。梁菲表示不會考慮，並覺得「這是一個笑話」。下周雙方將繼續商談，只是這場勞資糾紛，勢將引發對於本地藝團藝術行政管理的重新審視與詰問——自是由港芭開始。

　香港芭蕾舞團（港芭）首席舞蹈員梁菲，於1月23日被服務了13年的港芭突然「解除職務」。1月25日起香港《南華早報》、《信報》、《亞洲週刊》、《明報》、《蘋果日報》、《大公報》等先後發表有關報道，網上對此跟貼無數，美國、新加坡、澳洲、馬來西亞，乃至中國的北京、上海、廣州，紛紛向梁菲和家人去電話和電郵詢問事因。梁菲被「解除職務」，不只是一宗個別勞工事務，而是涉及香港公共事務，儼然成了一個社會事件。整個事件充滿疑團，充滿難以理解的疑惑，一個政府長期資助的藝團，透明度很重要。

　前香港芭蕾舞團首席演員梁菲，農曆新年前被舞蹈團要求簽署同意書離開服務13年的藝團，而且當下要收拾個人物品、交還儲物櫃與鎖匙，「新年過得很慘呀」，自此一直保持混亂的心情，一邊擔心舞蹈生涯是否就在這次理由毫不明朗的「解僱」事件，一邊想法子反擊。

　農曆年假完畢的港芭行政總監徐嘉回到崗位，除曾發簡短聲明宣布梁菲「自1月23日解除職務」外，則只稱「港芭董事局和管理層不適合對外評論個別員工的狀」，概無其他表示。但奇怪的是，不但對公眾不予交代，連當事人梁菲亦覺得如在霧中，不知因何遭此際遇。

　但她對於23日的事仍歷歷在目：「那天我到下午5時才有排練，高級舞團導師林美芳告訴我可以晚些才回團中。4點左右我回去，在附近的咖啡店看到董事馮雲黛，她問我最近排練如何。我說都不錯，接下來還有4個節目擔任主要角色。」
