人生幸福的合理方法- 濟群法

人類在無明的驅使下，盲目地追求幸福，結果得不到幸福，反而引來無盡的

痛苦。要想得到幸福，就得有合理的方法。

1、消除不幸福的因緣

建立幸福的人生，首先要消除不幸福的因素。（1）錯誤的認識，顛倒的觀

念：如不信因果，胡作非為；或不了無常，執著永恒等。（2）強烈的我執：以

自我為中心，去面對世間的一切；或執著自己擁有的一切為我，如執身為我、執

名為我、執財富為我等。（3）貪嗔癡：假如讓這些煩惱支配自己的人生，就會

害已害人。（4）不善的行為：種不善因，招感苦果。這些都是造成人生不幸福

的因素。假如希望擁有幸福的人生，就應該努力地消除它。2、無所得、不受

有漏的世間，必然會存在種種不幸。可是有時面對同樣的環境，人們痛苦的

程度卻不一樣，這是為什麼呢？（1）世間的不幸，因為你在意了，才會對你構

成傷害；假如你不在乎，天大的不幸也沒什麼了不起的。（2）擺脫個人的情緒，

正確認清人生的現實，觀諸法空、無所得，就能坦然的面對人生的不幸。

也只有懷念，而不會懷恨。

Very touching

Was working with a reporter few weeks ago when I told her something very minor and very casual. After a few days since the day of work, I got a call from my agency.
