*laugh* I think you'd be surprised what I do and don't understand...

All your beating on each other like that? It damages the muscles and bones and, when the body makes repairs, it makes the muscle and bone tissue denser and, therefore, a lot tougher/more resilent-- like built in armor. It's how a well trained martial artist can punch through walls without breaking a hand, take all those blows to the abs without sustaining internal injuries, etc.

I just thought you should explain it to everyone else so they wouldn't think you spent your birthday doing the "guy version" of birthday spankings :P
