Have been a bit depressed for the past few days....... the blues are certainly still with me  for i know i willl eventually be fine and it's all just a chanllenge...

but i feel lost and confused.... Lord what is it you want me to do?

putting up a strong face everyday and try to focus on work ain't easy man,

i dun understand and lord..... help me to see it thru.....

no worries guys .... just wanna vent....

I've just got this bracelet last night  from the complaint free world campaign, this is how it works :

I'm sooooooo lucky, went to my teacher's place for dinner.... he and his wife Candy were sooo nice and dinner was GREAT!!!! we talked a lot and prayed and they taught me more about god too! their place is sooooo homey... and most of all... i know they care....  they've been taking care of me back in the London times... when I was sad and lonely and up untill now , when i'm on my soul searching journey again.... they are here and guess what??? they got me a plant!!!!Read more

每日見到四川的事，心很痛。覺得自己很緲小。既幫不上什麼忙，又在大自然的威力下更是無能。不過我會想其實需要幫助的又點會只是在四川？其實我們每日在生活的社區也很需要我們。神給予我們每個人獨有的能力就是要我們努力，由自己做起，其實只要我們每人緊守自己的崗位，已經幫了不少的忙。我作為一個表演者，我希望我能安慰你的心。但願我能去跟當地的小孩子教課或玩耍，這是重要的啊！小孩子的心是未來的國家啊！
