I'm back on the blog!!

Haven't been updated my work on here for more than half a year... ><

Now I'm back on the track.

My upcoming musical <一屋寶貝> (The Passage Beyond) with 演戲家族 (Actors' Family)

Dear all,

I'm currently rehearsing for a Cantonese musical called <一屋寶貝> (The Passage Beyond) with 演戲家族 (Actors' Family), which will be performing at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Studio Theatre from 30th Oct - 1st Nov (5 shows).

previous show <遍地芳菲> (Boundless Movement) with HK REP

Haven't been writing on here for sooooo long.

So Just an update here for my previous show <遍地芳菲> (Boundless Movement) with HK REP, which we performed at Kwai Tsing Theatre in September. 

This is a Chinese period drama with more than 40 actors in the cast, and it's the first Chinese play I have ever done in my life!

多媒體實驗劇場《一枱壞女人》(第一回) is opened!

Dear all,

My debut performance in HK --- 《一枱壞女人》(Square For Five) by 瘋祭舞台 (Theatre Fanatico) was opened tonight!  I think we had a good first performance!

Thanks for those of you who came to the opening tonight!  The process of developing this piece is like riding on a roller coaster, which I have been going through one deep learning curve after another! A big thanks to our director Ho Ying Fung for this half improvised devised theatre experience!

Since I came back to Hong Kong, life has been kind of hectic, and I have been experiencing some cultural shocks and readjusting myself into my new life.

I had not been having a chance to do any movement like I used to. My body told me I had to do something, something creative, something instinctive, something that needs to use my body A LOT!  Finally, I made up my mind to book myself a dance room for an hour.
