Iris Wong (Wong Yat-Tung) is a former Miss Hong Kong Pageant contestant in 1999 and also known publicly as actor Eric Tsang's niece.  since winning her spot at the pageant, she has been working on-screen with TVB and frequently appears in movies.

and speaking of Eric Tsang, we are one step closer to getting his Canadian acting debut "Dragon Boys" released on DVD in Hong Kong.  I've been corresponding with producer Andrew Ooi via email and trying to get this 4 hour tv movie released uncut on dvd.  i've seen this movie too.  it's actually not that bad and was presented in hi-definition.  for a tv movie, the cast is pretty big.  you've got Lawrence Chou ("The Eye", "AV"), Eric Tsang, Derek Tsang (Eric's son), Tzi Ma (the chinese consulate dude in "Rush Hour"), the dude who played Ryu in Van Damme's Street Fighter flick and so on...

i admit i didn't contribute much since my workload was stacking pretty high at the time and i couldn't make any contacts with distros.  but i pretty much helped initiate this release.  hope it's been made possible by now.

back to my anime...
- Kurosaki Ichigo is still fighting the Bounto (ok...so i have a little catching up to do), and Son Goku is still running on snakeway.

my buds actually chill with Derek Tsang (Eric Tsang's son) back when he lived in Toronto.  (just a note to be taken here:  i don't actually know Derek.  a couple of my friends and another friend of mine does)
one of Derek's basketball buddies got married in Wuhan, China recently.  we wanted to get him drunk for a bachelor party but the guy evaded.  lol!

that's why we're going to get him pissed drunk when his wife arrives toronto.  hahaha!

i even know his alcoholic weaknesses.  (it's chinese wine)

I think baijiu (chinese wine) is pretty much everone's weakness.  That stuff is like gasoline.

baijiu (white wine) will probably get me a buzz.  my alcohol tolerance is really weak, though.

it only gets stronger when i'm surrounded by girls.
