You know, MissScarlett's coming into town late Spring/early Summer.  OC has TONS of Karaoke (asian-style) places    I've already been to one down there (usually we'd hit Alhambra, but too far now)... Except, the one in OC was Korean instead of Chinese, I couldn't understand a single thing...

I'll answer your question to Critter because I know how and Critter hasn't answered you yet!

Go to the top of your screen and click on Settings.  There will be a whole lot of selections but you want under the "Settings" title the option called Forum Options.  At the bottom of the screen is the Avatar spot where you can either pick from the millions of avatars available from AliveNotDead or you can upload your own avatar (picture) from your own computer.  Just above the Avatar spot is the Custom Status box.  That's where I have typed in your birthday message.  At the very bottom of the screen you can also add a signature (mine is Love, Kindness, Generosity and then the quote from Jet).  Don't forget to click on Submit to save your changes.  There is a limit on the number of bits and size of pictures so you might have to resize a new picture until the AnD system takes your avatar or signature submission without error.

So, quick recap:  Settings > Forum Options > Avatar

Well, the forum menu says there are 33 replies...I did #35 & 36 & you just did #37....it's like a frickin' time warp in here.  Sometimes my reply shows up, sometimes it doesn't.  When I go back to the main menu, it says there's a reply to this thread.  I'll click it and it'll take me to either #34 or #36 (before you did #37).  I started another thread about this in the Feedback forum...it's also happening when I'm leaving messages on people's guestbooks.
