How to upload my track to artist page?

Hello
How  can i upload my track to my artist page music player ? and how large can the file be ?

Oooh! More music, yay!

Umm, slap me if I'm wrong, but I think that if you send it to one of the admin boys (heck, send it straight to admin bear even!) they can get that set up for you.

There may be some hidden formula for artists to do it themselves, but not being an artist, I haven't had the opportunity to explore it.
