My neighbors that are drinking and playing ugly sounding hispanic music.

Too bad...it'd be waaay better if they were playing some hot Latin music like salsa, or mambo, or.....now, that'd be a party!!!  

...or.....do what I do when the neighbors party all night (they're screamers, by the way ).  I put on any Star Wars DVD and crank it....the sub-woofer pointed at their property helps, too!  The movies are so heavy on the bass and weapons sounds that it's freakin' awesome!  Plus, you don't hear them anymore and chances are extremely good that they hear you!

If it had been salsa, I would not have mined at all.  I'll have to remember the star wars for next time.    Now their stupid beer cans are all over their yard as well as mine.
