How can I post in multilanguage?

Very curious, under the title of entry, links marked "(繁/簡)".

It's a feature currently reserved for internal use. As we work out the kinks, we may gradually roll it out so that everyone else can do the same thing.

For now, you'll have to make do with just posting translations beneath your originals.
