sushi - rice krispy treats!

i had some friends over for an “iron chef” night at my house, and the secret ingredient was rice - i decided to make sushi-rice krispy treats, which is something i saw online once. it was a little trickier than i anticipated, yet still easy to make ~

i didnt think they would be tasty, but it actually was! like trix….in hand-held form! yay!
