The new Robocop remake is well under way and here are some leaked concept art images. The movie stars Gary Oldman & Samuel L Jackson and due to me being a huge fan of Robocop, I have high expectations for this film....
The London Vandal recently did a nice post of ThrowUps/Dubs from around the globe...and before any of you start saying 'whatevs', have a think about it. If bubble letters are so 'easy' to do then how can you make it look better than others? It's definitely harder to come up with beautiful and orginal simple letterforms than coming up with a super over-styled colourful mash of colours and wild style....

Buddy was born and raised in Collingswood, New Jersey. He was a Latch-Key Kid during the birth of cable TV. This led to endless hours in front of the television, watching movies and drawing. He gravitated toward strange cult and horror films. As a skateboarder in the late 80’s and early 90’s, he was exposed to Punk, Indie, and Heavy Metal music. I have learned today that the OG Funk and style master Tvrbo has sadly passed on to higher plains. This guy was not only one of the finest and most colorful of painters, character and style king but also a really lovely humble guy. His pieces and approach to walls were second to none putting him at the top of my list for influential writers. His absence will leave a hole and without a doubt he will be sorely missed.
