China and Hong Kong trip

After actingwork in China, I flew to Hong Kong and enjoyed the movie awards. Saw the awardwinning movie 'Seu Jut San Thau'. Good that HK also make movies like this.

At this moment Try-outs for stage play 'C'est du Chinois' of New York director Edit Kaldor, also invited to perform during Shanghai Expo end of June.

The play first will tour through Europe (Portugal, Netherlands, Sweden, Hongary, Austria, France, Belgium and perhaps Brasil and New York. Will keep you updated and post some pictures! <...Read more

After auditioning a few times, I got selected to be in a play with a director from New York. It will be a stage project touring in Portugal, Netherlands, Sweden and New York. We will rehearse end of the year and tour in 2010.

For the rest, coming weeks filming for a film project and also for the first time being the lead actor in a computer game which will be online end of the year!

Asia

Enjoyed a nice time doing some acting work in Shanghai end of March. It was the third time for me in Shanghai, but it still amaze me. The view from Grand Hyatt down to the Bund was awesome. Flying back to Amsterdam I wished/prayed I will have opportunities in Asia again.....

Heading for Indonesia, Jakarta next week for some performances. I am curious about (the level of the smog), the food and the people.

Most of my work is in Europe, but this time: Asia, here I come again!

It was really special to be able to meet Hong Kong children during the 'Meet and Greet' last weekend. The host told me HK kids are passive and shy, but I encountered very open and interactive children. Makes my heart open up. I'm looking forward to the last two 'Q & A'  on 10 and 17 august.

'My' movie screened in Hong Kong in July/Aug.

Dear all,

Award winning 'Where is Winky's Horse' will be screened in HK during the 'International Children's Film Carnival'. I played one of the leading parts' . Part one has won 11 prices internationally. The first screening of Part two runs from 19 july and 17 aug. in HK.
