I’m down to my last couple days left of my elimination diet. These past 28 days have been a real test eliminating gluten, corn, soy, dairy, eggs, and sugar. People come up to me and ask why I’m on a diet cuz I’m skinny already, it made me think how dieting is always closely related to weight but not health.
