Last week, my Instagram and Twitter wrecked havoc as one of the covers that I shot awhile back won Magazine Cover of the Year by the Malaysia Publishers Association Awards!

It’s the last month of the year and I’m glad I get a chance to celebrate it in Asia this year!! With a scheduled family Christmas BBQ next week, an honorary Christmas stocking at a friend’s family shindig, plus a Girly Getaway in Bali this month is going to be jam-packed with awesome events. Not to mention an amazing cover with the folks from Kunang-Kunang!
Just before flying out for my big Asia trip, I was able to reconnect with my fellow Ryerson Fashion Alumni Monica Mei. I attended her Soft Launch of her bricks-n-mortar boutique during Toronto’s Fashion Night Out and was a huge supporter of her new collection!
After a speedy discussion over Twitter, we locked in a date and managed to shoot a few pieces from her new seasonless collection of dresses and jackets. I’m loving all the pi...Read more

I know I haven’t been that great about updating my blog but it has been quite crazy since I landed in this side of the world. On my stopover in HKG, I auditioned for an American film to be shot in Hong Kong and after a Skype meeting with the producers, I was offered a role!

I was invited on Astro Supersport’s Football Overload last Thursday to shoot an episode as a guest with Patricia K. They were featuring us in conjunction with hype for FHM’s 100 Most Wanted Women 2012. I had a total blast and it was my first interview back in Malaysia. Barely a week into the city and I’m already working!
So this year’s Halloween was quite fun as I also made it a homecoming party in KL. I wasn’t too sure if everyone was going to dress up even though I made sure the invite was very clear about mandatory costumes. (You never know, sometimes people are too cool to dress up) However, I was so glad that everyone came out in costume!
This past month has taught me that I am a very lucky girl. The days are winding down and I’ve had a chance to spend time with my girls. Love my girls!
I grabbed some stills from a personal project of mine called Night Luster. Don’t want to say much but I will have to give credit to my awesome team, Sai, Dennis, Eliza and Matt.
