10 years ago I went through a heartbreak that shattered me. I was emotionally unstable and I couldn't find myself. This popped up on my feed today and if I could tell myself what to expect 10 years later, I don't think she would have believed it.

Sometimes it takes a complete loss for that moment of realisation to do something for yourself. Not long after this statement, I booked a flight to the other side of the world and started new.

Now, I look back only to see how far I've come.

I think she would have been proud. ❤️

It was the last day for us shooting episode 2 of #AnakMerdeka. @tiz.zaqyah and I kept on crying like babies. @elvischin_ wasn't sure if our scene was good enough. Shooting with this bunch in Pinewoods and then in Kluang was truly magical. It was an honour to retell dark day in Malaysia's history and learn from our past mistakes.
