I found this vid of Jon M. Chu’s “YouTube Story” to be quite inspiring…
So inspiring… here’s Artichoke & Peachies’ “YouTube Story”… er… yah…
This is so sick. When I first saw it on the Interpretations site, I was like, “OH SNAP.” It’s a slick vid featuring Far East Movement, produced by Anson Ho and Christina Hoang, with cinematography by Ray Huang, cuts by Greg Louie, graphics by Jonathan Winbush, and directed by Read more
Because it’s Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, I feel it’s appropriate to start up this series… and well, I actually came up with this idea over a year ago, but never got around to launching it, cuz’ originally, I was going to include a mini interview with these spotlights. However, the first person I wanted to spotlight never got back to me with the list of questions I gave him (ahem Evan). Haha. ALL GOOD (we were busy with 1040). So, here’s what I wro...Read more
Winner of the 2010 Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival Special Jury Award in the Narrative category for “Best First Feature!” Here’s a lil’ video I captured of Daniel “DPD” Park’s acceptance speech (shot w/ my ghetto digital camera):
Brought to you by You Offend Me You Offend My Family and director Justin Lin. Make a 3-minute short film with the following scrīpt:
It’s not something I’d do.
Well?
It’s not what I expected.
You sure?

After all the cleaning, we were hungry, so we ordered some food. We also made 3 vlogs while we were at it…
Quite a productive day… or not. Haha. We don’t even really know what we’re doing wi...Read more
This is for you:
The crowd pleaser of the night was Sour’s “Hibi No Neiro (Tone of Everyday)” directed by Masashi Kawamura, Hal Kirkland, Magico Nakamura, and Masayoshi Nakamura (mucho thanks to Anderson Le for hooking this one up!):
Kina Grannis’ “Valentine” directed by Ross Ching, Far East Movement’s “I Party” directed by Choz Belen, and Read more
is now online!
5 out of 7 of the webisodes actually premiered as a feature-length at a sold out screening at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival this past Saturday. ‘Twas definitely a good night for “Ktown Cowboys” with lots of buzz.
Now that the first episode has been released online, expect to see the rest in the coming weeks. If you like it, please comment, subscribe, favorite, and share!
Um. I don’t know what to say about this… except that Arden and I were just really bored. Since we’re both unemployed and live together, maybe you’ll be seeing more of these…
Any suggestions on what to talk about?
