Season’s Greetings!
If you’re reading this, then it means you’ve survived the latest end-of-the-world prediction! That only leaves the Zombie Apocalypse, killer machines, a giant Meteor, and Aliens left! In the mean time, Revelcade has showed no fear and remained active through out the month. Once again, we were featured in South Bay First Thursday’s annual Mini Movie Fest on December 6th. We screened, Asian American Action Figure Music Video (Dune Tran – Kites). The familiar images of childhood was alive as the a...Read more
Greetings,
We’re only days away from that holiday where we all gather together in festive spirit and give thanks to everything, on sale! Yes, I’m talking about Black Friday. Oh, there’s that other holiday, Black Friday eve too. With no purchase necessary, here are two things we’re thankful for.
As you may remember in the last entry, we worked on a music video parody of Beyonce’s “Rule the World” (Girls) with Bindlestiff Studio’s Granny Cart Gangsta...Read more
Greetings,
I know this post is a little late, but it’s worth the wait! Our most recent project to hit the tube is a commercial for Habitat for Humanity. Grant Inaba, a.k.a. Cream Control, has been volunteering with the organization for several years and they recently opened a ReStore in San Carlos, CA and we got the chance to shoot a promotional video for them. We spent an afte...Read more
Greetings,
Looks like the end of summer is nearing, but the heat is still going to go up! What I mean is, we have a handful of projects in the works. I’ve been taking on a producer’s role for several projects initiated by other creative folks looking to get into video. The projects range from a parody music video, a community service music video, a promo video for an acting troupe, a commercial for Habitat for Humanities, and a few short comedies! This is going to be a lot of work over the next few months, but I’m all about supporting fe...Read more

Greetings,
With summer upon us, there are many things to look forward to, BBQs, the warm weather, and of course catching up on movies! Speaking of movies, we haven’t had a production in a little while. Not to worry, a few ideas are being developed as we speak. Also, look out for a couple new uploads on our channel coming soon!
In the meantime, I’ve been doing some refresher reading on screenwriting and lighting. The two books I’ve been reading are, The Screenwriter’s Bible,by David Trottier and Film Lighting, by Kris Malkiewic...Read more
Heya,
May is Asian Pacific Heritage month and hope you all had a fun filled month and reveled in all the celebrations! Due to all the festivities, Revelcade hasn’t been in production, but we are gearing up for some projects in the summer, so look forward to it. In the meantime, here’s a link to a video I did for my friend’s wedding.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival (SFIAAFF) presented by the Center for Asian American Media (CAAM).
