We reached the Bromo volcanoes at 2,700m altitude in Java, Indonesia. I used a varicam with canon lenses and a mini jib from Miller. To get the best positions for the sunrise shoot we had to start the call time at 0230 and used three 4x4 4-drive jeeps to arrive close to the location and then start climbing in the dark, the jib and tripod are all in positions by 0400.
