"24 Herbs" is a union of 6 guys; two are grand masters of Hong Kong Rap, one is a professional advertising musican, and the other three are music zealots.
Their original spirit comes from the philosophy of medicinal cold herbal tea: It's bitter in the mouth, but good for the body. 24 Herbs wants to infuse hip hop with their feelings and thoughts about the world around them.

24, Paul Wong and Josie had a shoot at 8Five2 Shop today for Milk Mag. Paul showed us his Spiderman skillz by climbing all over. Fun shoot. The best part, we ended up at Tsui Wah for afternoon tea ! Good luck for Ah Phat tonight as Hardpack is playing at Eason's show.
Conroy's off to San Fran for SF International Film Fest for Heavenly Kings along with Dan, T and Andrew. May the force be with you all !!! Some of 24Herbs boys hit the I.T party last night. It was apparently fun !
Wassup, we had another rehearsal the other night after our interview with Metro. Everyone thought the DJ was very talented except JBS...hahahaa. Our interview with CR2 was air yesterday, they also played "Superstar" and "Let's fight" song where GS and Kit did their thing on it.
